8th Experimental Archaeology Conference

The 8th Experimental Archaeology Conference will be held at the University of Oxford on the 10th and 11th January 2014.

This two day conference will be jointly hosted by Merton College and the Research Laboratory for Archaeology and the History of Art, University of Oxford.

The final schedule for both oral papers and poster presentations is now available, and we are pleased to announce that all of the abstracts for this year’s conference are available to read on this website. This year we look forward to oral papers and workshops on both days, several tours and poster presentations during with wine reception on Friday the 10th January.

Registration for the conference has now closed. Registrations before the 3rd January include conference pack, lunches, coffee breaks and wine reception on January 10th. Late registrations between 3rd-7th January cannot be guaranteed lunch. Accommodation is not included, and although there are a large number of options available in Oxford attendees are encouraged to book early. Information on accommodation in Oxford is available here.
